1. Pricing

All quoted prices are based on the project scope, drawings, and information provided at the time of proposal. Any changes to scope, revisions, or additional requirements may result in adjusted pricing. Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables before final approval.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of services will be clearly defined in the proposal or written agreement. Any drawings, trades, or services not specifically mentioned in the approved scope shall be considered excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Services Provided

FullScope Drafting provides drafting services across multiple disciplines, including:
• Architectural Drafting
• Structural Drafting
• MEP Drafting
• Permit Drawing Sets
• Shop & Fabrication Drawings
• 2D & 3D CAD Services
Services are performed according to client requirements and submitted project documentation.

4. Basis of Drafting

All drafting work is prepared based on the scaled PDF drawings, CAD files, sketches, markups, and specifications provided by the client unless otherwise noted. FullScope Drafting is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

5. Revisions & Additional Services

Minor revisions within the approved scope may be included as outlined in the proposal. Any major revisions, scope changes, additional drawing requirements, bid form completion, or documentation beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via Credit Card unless otherwise agreed.
Standard payment terms are:
• 50% upfront upon project approval
• 50% prior to final submission of deliverables
Work may be paused or withheld if payment terms are not met.
